designed for self-installation. You can call Spectrum Bulk Customer Care with any questions throughout the installation process.

    Retail Value: $211/month

  • Can I 'Opt-Out' Or Use Another Provider?

    If you want to opt-out, regardless of the savings, you can do so with a $20/month technology fee.

  • Can I Upgrade My Service?

    Yes, Spectrum offers many upgrade options

    including premium TV channels and packages, increased internet speeds, and Spectrum Voice. You will be billed separately through Spectrum for any additional services, upgrades, or equipment.

  • How Do I Pay?

    You will be charged a flat rate of $70/month, billed directly from your NOAH resident portal.
