Your rental account MUST be current with no outstanding balance and you must accept the terms below with signature.

Additional Terms

Enrollment Start Date:

Once signed and approved, the program will commence on the 1st of the month following the signed OPT-IN

Bi-weekly Installments:

- Installment #1 is due on the 1st of every month.

- Installment #2 is due on the 15th of every month.

Flexpay Program Fee:
$20 fee will be billed per month with rent + other charges and broken down into two equal installments . See above installment payment schedule

Late Payments: 
Late payment fees will apply per the current lease agreement if the installments are late.

Two late payments in a three-month period will result in removal from the program.

Other Monthly Charges:

All monthly charges will be split and are to be paid in two equal installments (e.g.- tenant benefit, deposit assurance, cable/internet, etc.) . See above installment payment schedule.
