What are your application requirements?
To apply for a NOAH Property Management rental, each adult (18+) must submit a separate application with a $50 non-refundable fee. Applicants need a credit score of at least 550, verifiable income at least three times the monthly rent, and no evictions, bankruptcies, or negative landlord references in the past five years. Do you require a security deposit?
We give our residents the choice between paying a normal security deposit (first and last month's rent) or they can opt-in for our security deposit alternative.
Do you allow pets?
NOAH welcomes up to two pets per apartment with a $150 refundable deposit and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Proof of rabies vaccination is required, and certain aggressive breeds are restricted—please contact a leasing agent for details.
Can I smoke in my apartment?
No, we prohibit any smoking (vapes included) on the inside of the apartments or hallways.
