Work Order Instructions
1. Log into your Resident Portal App, select "Maintenance" from the home screen under “My Apartment” or from the main menu by selecting “Request Maintenance”

- Resident Portal for Android
- You will use the email address and password associated with your account to login
2. After you have selected "Request Maintenance," please follow the maintenance work order submission workflow by adding your general contact info, entry notes, descriptions, and photos.
3. Once all info is complete, select “submit & add another issue”
